Our Team

Each member of our team holds an Ivy League undergraduate degree, and together we bring over 15 years of tutoring experience. We have worked extensively with both high school and college-level courses, giving us a deep understanding of the progression of skills required for success.

Clara Cheng

Clara is currently pursuing a PhD in Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering at Harvard University, where she conducts research on electrochemical membrane reactors. She will serve as a teaching assistant for the graduate-level course Physical Electrochemistry and its Applications to Sustainable Engineering. She has over seven years of one-on-one tutoring experience with students from Lexington High School and other high schools in the Greater Boston area.

Previously, Clara studied chemistry at Columbia University in New York City, where she served for three years as a teaching assistant for the General Chemistry Laboratory course and worked as a peer tutor in General, Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry courses for all Columbia and Barnard students. She was awarded the 2024 Guthikonda Fellowship and 2025 Undergraduate Excellence Award by the Royal Society of Chemistry. She specializes in AP Chemistry and Honors Chemistry and graduated from Lexington High School in 2021, where she took AP Chemistry with Dr. Kumar.

Ryann Joseph

Ryann is currently pursuing a PhD in Bioengineering at Harvard University, where she conducts research in drug delivery and serves as a teaching assistant for the graduate-level course Advanced Tissue Engineering. She has over eight years of tutoring and teaching experience, working with students from elementary school through college.

Previously, Ryann earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also completed minors in math and chemistry. She served for eight semesters as a teaching assistant for Linear Algebra and Ordinary Differential Equations, earning multiple Mathematics Department Good Teaching Awards for excellence in instruction.

In addition to teaching at Penn, Ryann worked as both a private math tutor and an instructor at Mathnasium, where she taught students ranging from elementary mathematics through AP Calculus BC.

Jaclyn Zatsiorsky

Jaclyn is currently a Technical Associate at the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with plans to pursue a PhD in Computational Biology.
